The Impact of Academic Pressure on the Mental Health of Vietnamese Students
Abstract: In Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam, academic achievement is highly valued as a pathway to success. While this cultural emphasis on education can be beneficial, excessive pressure can lead to negative mental health outcomes. A survey of 300 Vietnamese students explored this relationship, suggesting ways to mitigate the detrimental effects of academic stress.
